It’s like saying “I didn’t eat breakfast so now I’ll eat twice as much food to catch up at dinner time” but your stomach is only so big
Try the following 8 steps
- Try going to bed an hour earlier, our bodies crave routine
- Go to sleep the same time and wake up at the same time everyday including the weekends
- Take a 20 minute nap before 2pm- this will not interfere with your night sleep cycle
- Take vitamin D3 with K2 and 20 minute walks in the sun. This naturally produces melatonin which helps us sleep at night
- Cut back on caffeine products especially in the evening before bed and try to stop eating past 7pm

This increases the oxygen level from 21 percent to 100 percent significantly lowering inflammation and stress, oxygenating your blood cells, creating new brain cells and skin cells, I prefer the soft chambers for an hour to any hour ½ (1.3 ATA atmospheric Absolute)
